How installation works
Most installations are arranged after we review your product, location and photos of the installation area.
What we need from you
Please provide your postcode and clear photos of the water meter, pipework, under-sink area or proposed installation space.
Before installation
Make sure access is clear and the household knows when water may be temporarily turned off.
After installation
We check the system, explain basic use and provide support information for filter replacement.
