HGH-24
The HGH-24 uses a four-stage filtration process to provide a more complete drinking-water solution than a basic carbon filter.
In the first stage, a sediment filter helps capture rust, dirt, sand and suspended particles. The second stage uses activated carbon to help reduce chlorine taste, odour and selected organic compounds while protecting the RO membrane.
Water then passes through the high-capacity reverse osmosis membrane, which provides ultra-fine separation for a broad range of dissolved substances.
The system can help reduce:
Sediment and rust particles
Chlorine taste and odour
Total dissolved solids
Dissolved salts
Selected metals
Selected organic and inorganic substances
Many PFAS compounds under suitable operating conditions
In the final stage, the purified water passes through either an activated-carbon post-filter or a remineralising carbon filter, depending on the customer’s selected configuration. The activated-carbon option helps polish the taste of the water, while the remineralising option is designed to improve taste while adding selected minerals before the water reaches the drinking-water tap.
