HGS-80 | HARDNESS & SCALE

Softer Water for Everyday Household Use

The HGS-80 uses ion-exchange resin to reduce calcium and magnesium hardness, helping minimise limescale, soap scum and mineral residue throughout the home.

Its cabinet combines the resin tank, salt storage and digital controller in one unit. Automatic regeneration uses water-softener salt to restore the resin’s softening capacity; salt levels still need regular checks and topping up.

The rated flow is up to 33 L/min. Suitability depends on your water hardness and peak household demand, rather than the number of people alone.

HGS-80 | OUTDOOR INSTALLATION

Plan the Position, Keep Care Simple

Plan a sheltered outdoor position at the main water supply, with convenient access for salt refills and servicing. A licensed plumber should confirm the site, operating pressure, bypass arrangement, drainage and electrical connections before installation.

Regeneration settings should suit your incoming water hardness and household use. Keep the salt topped up and follow the supplied maintenance instructions.
