HGW-03 | WHOLE-HOME USE
The HGW-03 treats municipal water before it reaches the connected household outlets, helping reduce sediment and chlorine taste and odour for everyday kitchen, bathroom and laundry use. The final installation must be sized for the property’s plumbing and peak water demand.
HGW-03 | THREE FILTER CARTRIDGES
Three 20-inch cartridges combine a polypropylene (PP) sediment filter, granular activated carbon and a carbon block. The PP cartridge captures suspended particles, while the carbon stages help reduce chlorine taste and odour. This is whole-house filtration; it does not replace an ion-exchange softener for hardness removal.
HGW-03 | PRESSURE MONITORING
Three pressure gauges provide reference readings for monitoring the system. Record normal readings under comparable flow conditions and arrange inspection if pressure or household flow changes noticeably. A gauge reading alone does not measure water quality or prove that a cartridge needs replacement.
HGW-03 | OUTDOOR INSTALLATION
The HGW-03 is installed outdoors near the incoming water supply. Its protective cover shields the housings from direct sunlight and everyday exposure. An appropriately licensed plumber should plan the connections and isolation valves, allowing enough clearance below and in front for cartridge replacement.
HGW-03 | ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Regular servicing includes cartridge replacement and inspection of the housing seals. Follow the product instructions to isolate the supply and release pressure before opening a housing. Replacement timing depends on water quality, household use and flow changes; HG PureWater can help identify the correct replacement set.

Honestly a nice upgrade for the house. We had pretty ordinary tasting mains water before, this helped heaps. Nice not having separate little filters everywhere.
Kitchen and bathroom water both feel improved. After install the water just feels cleaner, hard to explain but you notice it.
