Used it for a year now and it's still performing perfectly. The TDS reading has stayed low all along, so I always know the water is clean. Most importantly, that metallic taste from tap water is completely gone. Really happy with this purifier.

Very reliable product! HG PureWater has excellent filtration efficiency and the water quality is so much better. The customer service team is super friendly and helpful, and the installation was done professionally at a very reasonable price. I installed a whole-house filtration system and it works perfectly for my brother. When I buy my next house, I’ll definitely install another HG PureWater system. Highly recommended!

Great product! We are so happy to have clean water for our family. We’ve been customers for over a year now and are extremely happy with both the product and the outstanding customer service. The red indicator in the picture is to show you bottom filler need a replacement. I have just order the my first replacement filler everything is easy and fast. ☺️
